At Bluebird Precision and Tactical, customer satisfaction and compliance with federal and state firearm laws are important to us. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy before making a purchase.
All firearm sales are final once the firearm has been transferred to you by your chosen Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. After the transfer, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed. If a firearm is found to be defective, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly to arrange warranty repair or replacement.
If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, you may do so by contacting us as quickly as possible. Cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover administrative and processing costs. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If your firearm transfer is denied due to a failed background check or other legal restrictions, you will not be eligible for a refund. The firearm will be returned to inventory, and you may be charged a restocking fee plus any associated shipping costs. It is your responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local firearm regulations before placing an order.
All ammunition sales are final. Due to safety concerns and federal regulations, ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you select the correct caliber and quantity before placing your order.
Non-firearm items such as accessories, optics, parts, and gear may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will provide instructions for return or exchange, and if the mistake is ours, we will cover return shipping costs.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund on your account.
