At Bluebird Precision and Tactical, we provide high-quality firearms, ammunition, parts, optics, and tactical accessories to customers across the United States. All sales are subject to strict compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Please read the following before making a purchase.

Firearms

We offer a wide selection of rifles, shotguns, handguns, and other firearms.

All firearm sales must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer of your choice. Firearms cannot and will not be shipped directly to your home.
You will be required to complete all ATF paperwork and pass a federal background check at your FFL dealer before taking possession of your firearm.
Firearm sales are restricted to individuals who are legally permitted to own them. You must meet the minimum age requirement: 18 years old for rifles and shotguns and 21 years old for handguns.

Ammunition

We sell ammunition for rifles, shotguns, and handguns.

You must be of legal age in your state to purchase ammunition.
Ammunition cannot be returned due to safety regulations.
We cannot ship ammunition to certain states or localities where restricted.

Parts, Optics, and Accessories

We offer firearm parts, magazines, scopes, optics, and tactical accessories.

Some parts or magazines may be restricted in certain states (e.g., high-capacity magazines). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with their state and local laws.
All optics and accessories are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Prohibited Sales

We do not sell or ship products to jurisdictions where they are restricted or prohibited. Examples include but are not limited to:

Firearms or magazines restricted by state or city law
Ammunition to states or cities with bans or special restrictions
Any product that would violate federal, state, or local law

If an order is placed for a restricted product, it will be cancelled.

Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from Bluebird Precision and Tactical, you confirm that you:

Are of legal age and eligible to own the products you are purchasing.
Are not prohibited under federal, state, or local law from possessing firearms or ammunition.
Will comply with all applicable laws regarding storage, transfer, and use of firearms and ammunition.
