By using the Bluebird Precision and Tactical website or making a purchase, you agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearms and ammunition. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifles or shotguns and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws in your area. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally completed.
All firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. When you place an order, you must provide the details of your preferred FFL dealer, and you will be required to pass a background check before taking possession of the firearm. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to your residence under any circumstances. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally eligible to purchase and own the firearm or ammunition requested.
Orders must be paid in full before processing. We accept the payment methods listed on our website at checkout. All prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. Orders deemed fraudulent or unlawful will be cancelled immediately.
All firearm sales are final once the firearm has been transferred to you by your FFL dealer. If you cancel an order before it has shipped, a restocking fee may apply. Accessories and other non-firearm items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and subject to inspection. Ammunition sales are final and cannot be returned due to safety concerns.
All new firearms are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Any warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer. Bluebird Precision and Tactical does not provide any additional warranties, express or implied, beyond what the manufacturer offers.
By purchasing from us, you agree that Bluebird Precision and Tactical is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of any product purchased. Safe handling, storage, and use of all firearms and ammunition are solely your responsibility.
